Engaging with readers

A course to help staff create a buzz in the library through deeper engagement with readers. Learners will develop an understanding of why people read and how to help customers find the experiences they are looking for across fiction, non-fiction and very different ages and tastes. Get readers recommending to each other with our attractive print downloads. Plus there’s a great project to use what readers say to boost the popularity of the library.
